Welcome to the City of Plainwell's property information and online bill payment. We are pleased to offer our customers a new choice in payment options for water, sewer, and tax bills. You can also view all of your property details. We are providing this new service through Official Payments Corporation. This service is a safe and reliable way to pay online.
You may pay by using your MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. You can also make payments by electronic check (coming soon).
Please note that there will be an additional fee charged for this service by Official Payments Corp.
If your water/sewer bill is due TODAY or you have received a shut off notice, please call (269) 685-6821 to speak to customer service. Please do NOT continue as your payment may not be processed in time and your utilities could be shut off.
If you choose to pay your taxes online, they must be paid by 5:00pm on the due date to avoid penalties.
