The City Assessor is responsible for maintaining an inventory of and appraising all property within the City limits. The City Assessor keeps track of all Homestead Exemptions and transfer of property. Additionally, it is the Assessor's responsibility to convene the Board of Review in March.
The City of Plainwell's total 2005 SEV is $104,831,509.
